- the one day Mental Health Champion
is a one day course is especially helpful for line managers to gain an understanding of mental health and support Mental Health First Aiders. This course sits in line with the Line Manager's resource book.
- the two day adult Mental Health First Aid
course is the most in depth course offered by MHFA England and it recommends an equal number of Mental Health First Aiders as those trained in physical first aiders for any organisation.
