Neurodiversity in the Workplace

What is neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity means there's no single "normal" way for a brain to work. We all think differently. That's the whole point.
Around 1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodivergent.
Neurodivergent describes people whose thinking differs from the majority. It covers conditions like autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and Tourette syndrome.
These conditions used to be seen as problems to fix. Now we know better. The focus has shifted to celebrating and supporting neurodivergent people, not changing them.
How does neurodiversity in the workplace concern you?
You're probably already working with someone who's neurodivergent, whether you realise it or not.
Too often, neurodivergent employees get overlooked. Their needs go unmet. Their behaviour gets misread. Many end up feeling like outsiders in their own workplace.
We help you flip that. You'll learn to recognise, support and get real value from your neurodivergent employees' contributions.
We also help you build a workplace culture that supports neurodivergent staff and brings fresh perspectives and skills into the wider team.
How can you achieve this inclusive working culture?
More understanding. More support. That's really all it takes.
Specialist training gets you there. Ours is built with one goal: helping every neurodivergent person reach their potential.
Our Neurodiversity in the Workplace training goes beyond box-ticking. It builds a culture where everyone's potential gets recognised and nurtured.
Real inclusivity isn't about meeting a minimum standard. It's about creating a culture that attracts and keeps great people, in a job market where that matters more than ever.
